Shipping Policy

Products generally ship FedEx, UPS, DHL, and in some cases, motor freight. Shipping is free on most products in the continental United States. On all orders received before 2:00 PM EST, shipping is usually same day. We do not ship outside the continental United States.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel an order for whatever reason, do so quickly. Our order processing is usually done same day. Cancellation must be made by phone at Number on Contact us. If the product was shipped, cancellation cannot be done. Do not refuse delivery.

Damaged Goods Policy

When you receive your package, you should immediately open and inspect the product for completeness and damage. In cases where the product is damaged, we will simply ship a new product to you. Missing or damaged products should be reported within 10 days of receipts.

Return Goods Policy

If you need to return a product, and you are the original purchaser, you need to do so within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA number). To obtain a RA number, call us or email us at contact us date. Include a copy of the original invoice in your box. Also, be sure to write the RA number clearly on the top of your return box and on the invoice to ensure a refund.
Provide us with the order number, product description, and the reason for return. All products must be returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any product that is not in new condition or for health safety reasons.

If we made the mistake in shipping out the wrong product, then we will refund your order total. If you selected the wrong product or no longer need it, then we will not refund the cost of shipping & handling. Upon notification that the product has been returned to our office, a credit will be issued to your credit card.

Product Exchanges

If a product needs to be exchanged, (see the Return Goods Policy). In addition we will ship the new product out same day if you choose, and bill your credit card with the new order. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will credit your credit card.

Pricing Policies

Our online pricing may also differ from our retail store pricing. This is mainly due to warehousing and other overhead costs. We encourage you to shop online as much as possible to find the most competitive prices.
